What does PDF Header Signature Not Found error message mean?

The error message PDF Header Signature Not Found typically indicates that the file being processed is either not a valid PDF or has been corrupted during upload. 

It is possible to fix this error document by printing the document to pdf and reuploading. 

1. After generating your bundle, go to Download and Distribute Bundle, which is the 4th icon located at the top of your bundle.

2. Click Download.

3. Once your bundle is downloaded, click the printer icon at the top right corner.

4. Select Microsoft Print to PDF as the printer destination and then click print.

5. Save the document to your device.

6. Click Add Documents, which is the 2nd icon at the top of your bundle to reupload your document from your saved location.

After printing your document to pdf, this should allow you to successfully upload your document to Bundledocs.
