"The bundle cannot be accessed as the required module is not active" error:

This error would indicate that either the user trying to access the bundle or the owner of the bundle are not members of the organisation/ do not have licenses applied. An admin/organisation owner should follow these steps to check this:

1. Click on your user email at the top right corner of Bundledocs.

2. Select Groups & Sharing from the drop down menu.

3.Select your   Organisation group, identified by a brief case icon.

4. Here you will see all of the users listed. Next to the user's name, their status will appear. To solve the above error, users need to be listed as Member.

If the users are listed as Invited, the invitation to join the organisation needs to be resent using the Resend Invitation (blue paper plane icon) next to the user. Once the email invitation is accepted by the user, their status will change to Member.

5. To the right of each user there’s a Bundledocs button, this is how we apply the license. When that button is blue, the license is applied. When the button is white, the license is off.

To add a license, you simply need to click on the Bundledocs button that appears in white for the user (meaning the license is currently off). This will prompt a confirmation window where you have to click OK.

Once you ensure licenses are assigned for the user trying to access the bundle/ the owner of the bundle and both of their statuses are Member, this should remove the error.
