How to Cancel OCR

Currently, there is no direct way to cancel OCR once it has been initiated in Bundledocs. Once OCR begins, it must complete on its own. 

While you can't cancel OCR directly, there are a few practical workarounds that have proven effective:

1. Copy the Bundle
If OCR appears stuck, you can duplicate the bundle and work on the copy. This has been shown to allow OCR to complete successfully in some cases.

2. Wait It Out
Sometimes the OCR process appears stuck but is still running in the background. If the bundle is large or contains complex documents, it may take longer than expected. We advise waiting up to 24 hours before taking further action.

3. Hard Refresh or Browser Reset

If the previewer is stuck (e.g. spinning circle), try a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R) or clear your browser cache. This can sometimes resolve display issues that make it seem like OCR is stalled.
