Following a Bundle

The Following a Bundle feature allows users to subscribe to tailored updates and changes made to a specific bundle. Once enabled, users can select to receive notifications whenever the bundle is modified—such as when documents are added, the bundle is generated, or when the bundle is deleted etc. 

To follow a bundle follow these steps:
  1. Open the Bundle Settings of the bundle you wish to follow.

2. Locate the Follow Icon which is located at the top right hand side of the Bundle settings pop up. Choose from the two dropdowns which notifications you would like to receive for the bundle.

From the Bundle Activities dropdown, choose which bundle-related actions you’d like to be notified about. You can opt to receive notifications for:

  • Bundle settings being updated.
  • Bundle generation completion.
  • Bundle deletion.


 

From the Document Activities dropdown, choose which document-related actions you’d like to be notified about. You can select notifications for:

  • Documents being uploaded.
  • Documents being deleted (source or PDF).
  • Documents being replaced.
 

3.Once you have selected the desired option(s) please confirm this action by selecting OK.
 
 
4. Now as changes are made to the bundle you will receive an email alerting you regarding the selected changes to the specific bundle.


Note: You must be a collaborator on the bundle or the bundle must be shared with you via team group to follow a bundle.
