Duplicate Documents in Bundledocs

Bundledocs can now automatically detect duplicate documents within your bundles. This saves time, reduces confusion, and ensures your bundles are streamlined for review or sharing.

1.Access the bundle you want to find the duplicate documents in.

 

2. Located the Search Bar in your Bundledocs workspace interface.

3. Type in your search bar #Duplicate and press the Enter Button on your key pad. Once this is done the duplicate documents will then appear in the below workspace.

NOTE: After uploading documents to Bundledocs, it may take 5-10 minutes for duplicates to be identified.


TIP: The duplicate documents functionality uses a hashed checksum to uniquely identify each document based on its content. Please note that if the content changes, the checksum changes, so no duplicate is flagged. However, renaming the document doesn’t affect the checksum, so duplicates are still detected.
