Optimising a Generated Bundle 

Lowering the bundles DPI decreases the resolution of images within the bundle, which in turn significantly reduces the overall file size. This is especially useful when you need to upload or share documents where file size limits apply. 

Tip: We reccomed ensuring that the DPI is kept between 200-300 as this is considered the sweet spot for DPI. 

1. Go to the Generate & Customise Bundle.

2.Go to the Section Pages dropdown.

 

3.Once here please scroll down to locate the option Generate with Content Optimization Target. Use the DPI slider to select a lower DPI value (e.g.250).

4.Once set, click Generate.

You can also optimize your documents on a per document basis within the document previewer. 

1. Firstly please access the document previewer.

 

2. Click on the option document properties.

3. Click on the option Optimize.

4. From here you can choose the level of Content optimization target from the slider than appears in the pop up. Once you are happy with the level you have chosen please confirm your action by pressing optimize. 

Once the above steps are completed your document will being to be optimized.
